What we can help with

Online Poker compares and ranks online poker sites and apps for US players — things like traffic, game variety, rakeback, deposit methods and payout speed. We're a good contact point if you want to:

• Report outdated information on a review — a bonus term that's changed, a licence status update, or a site that's stopped serving your state
• Ask why a particular poker site is or isn't ranked where you expected
• Suggest an online poker site or app you think we should be researching
• Query something in our About Us page or our review methodology
• Raise a concern about how a promotion is presented, including wagering or playthrough terms
• Get pointed toward responsible gambling resources

What we can't help with

We're an independent review and comparison site — not a poker room, not a payment processor, and not a regulator. That means we're not able to help with:

• Account issues, deposits, withdrawals or verification (KYC) on any poker site — those go through that operator's own support team
• Disputes over hand histories, table results or bad beat jackpot payouts
• Bonus crediting problems once you've signed up elsewhere — the operator you deposited with handles that, under the terms shown at the time you claimed it
• Requests to remove or alter a rating in exchange for anything — our ratings aren't for sale, and paid placement plays no part in our ranking order

If your issue is with a specific site — say, a slow cash-out or a rakeback query — check the poker room's own help centre or live chat first. They hold your account details and can act on them; we can't.

How our reviews and rankings work

Since this page sits alongside our poker site rankings, it's worth being upfront about how those are put together and why it matters when you write in. We assess each site on factors that matter to real-money players: traffic and player pool depth at different stakes, the mix of cash games, MTTs, Sit & Gos and fast-fold formats on offer, rake structure and rakeback value, software and mobile app quality, deposit and withdrawal options and how long payouts typically take, and the material terms attached to welcome bonuses. Commission from any operator we link to never buys a higher position — if you think a ranking looks off, tell us what you're seeing and we'll take a fresh look. We also disclose plainly: Online Poker may earn a commission if you sign up with a poker site through a link on this site. That relationship never decides how a site is scored or where it sits in our rankings.

Before you contact us about a bonus

A lot of the messages we get are about welcome offers, so a couple of things to check first. Every bonus we list — whether it's a deposit match, a stake-and-coins style offer, or a boosted first deposit — carries conditions such as a minimum deposit, a playthrough or clearing requirement measured in hands or points, and a time limit to clear it. These terms sit next to the offer wherever we present it, and they're set by the poker site, not by us. If a term looks different from what we've published, let us know the site name and date so we can check it against the current offer page.

Responsible gambling and account concerns

If you're reaching out because poker has stopped feeling fun, or because you're worried about your own play or someone else's, please don't wait on a reply from us. Most regulated states also offer self-exclusion programs directly through licensed operators, and we won't suggest any way around those. Our own Responsible Gambling page has more on the tools and support available, and every review on this site notes that online poker is legally restricted to players aged 21 and over in most regulated states (18+ in a few), with no exceptions.

What to include in your message

To help us answer properly, it's worth including:

1. The page or review your question relates to, ideally with the poker site's name
2. What you found and what you expected instead — a screenshot description helps if it's a bonus term or ranking detail
3. Your general location or state, if the query is about availability — US online poker is regulated state by state, so what's live in New Jersey may not be in Michigan or Pennsylvania
4. Whether you're asking as a player, a site representative, or on behalf of a business

We read every message but can't guarantee a response time, and we don't offer personal betting or bankroll advice — our focus is comparing the operators, not coaching your play.

A quick word before you reach out

Nothing on Online Poker should be read as a promise of winnings, and no poker site guarantees a profit no matter how favorable its rake structure or player pool looks on paper. If you're contacting us with a general question about how a site works, our reviews and the site's own Terms and Conditions page are usually the fastest place to check first. For anything specific to your account, balance or a pending withdrawal, the poker room itself is always the right first stop — we simply don't have access to that information.
